Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are available?
The standard content of an AluTank starts at 6 liters and goes up to 35 liters. Most standard tanks are available from stock or have a short delivery time. Other dimensions or deviating shapes are considered as specials.
Can I have the order shipped?
The ordered tank can be sent to you by PostNL or DHL. They are well packed in a sturdy box.
Larger sizes or numbers are delivered with a courier service to prevent damage.
I would like to visit the shop, is that possible?
Visiting the workshop is no problem, usually we can go through the options in consultation and quickly draw up a good plan. Please mail or app for an appointment, I will be happy to speak to you.
Can the tank also be supplied with a test certificate?
All tanks are tested by overpressure as standard. If a test certificate is desired, it can be supplied at a small additional cost. (E.g. a pressure certificate for Rallycross Belgium)
How to order?
You can order a tank by telephone, e-mail or Whatssapp. The order form can also be used on this site. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Which hoses will fit to the tank?
The standard tanks are fitted with an internal thread. Hose nipples can be screwed in. These then change to the desired hose diameter. Ø6 to Ø15mm. On request, a weld-on socket can be welded on. For example, Dash connections/External threads or Metric connectors.
Can the tank also be measured on location?
Yes, on-site measurements in the Netherlands are possible. However, this will often take place on weekends or evenings.
What is the maximum content that can be delivered?
The maximum size/capacity that can be made in the AluTank workshop is currently around 500 liters. Even bigger sizes can be built. The assembly and pressure testing will then be transferred to another company where tanks are produced under the strict supervision of AluTank.
